For two decades, I’ve steered the creative vision and holistic brand transformation for icons like IBM Watson, Nike, Levi’s, and Caterpillar. With a foundational pedigree from agencies like Goodby, Silverstien and Partners, AKQA, and Raw Materials, I build teams that deliver culture-defining work.
My absolute superpower is defining the vision. In a landscape where strategy and execution often live in silos, I excel at cutting through the noise to establish a brand’s true North Star. I don't just interpret a brief; I architect the unifying concept that aligns cross-functional teams and gets a room full of designers genuinely fired up. True design relies on intent—building a cohesive ecosystem where every single composition, motion graphic, and copy block hangs off the same visionary framework.
But my approach is not purely theoretical. I am a practitioner built for the speed of modern culture. From seamlessly integrating AI workflows and managing global design libraries in Figma, to architecting enterprise DAM systems and dialing in the final frames of a high-end motion piece, I know what world-class execution takes because I still do it myself. I understand the operational plumbing, which allows me to build the infrastructure that lets creativity scale globally without friction.
Ultimately, I believe the best work happens when teams feel supported, inspired, and unstoppable. My job doesn't end when the work ships. It's to fight for the integrity of the design, clear the path for my teams, and ensure that when the Cannes Lions and Clios are handed out, the people who actually built the vision get the applause.
